Peugeot Partner

The Peugeot Partner Wheelchair Car is comfortable, versatile, compact and functional. Not only does it offer generous interior space for the wheelchair user in most cases seating can be configured to individual preference.

Seating can be configured as 2, 3 or 4 seats plus the wheelchair occupant (dependent on dimensions of wheelchair.)

In many cases the vehicle can be configured with 2 seats front, 3 seats rear when no wheelchair is present; two of the rear seat can fold forward to allow wheelchair access.

Peugeot Rifter

The Peugeot Rifter is Peugeot’s replacement for the Peugeot Partner. Although similar in interior space to the Peugeot Partner the Peugeot Rifter offers a host of extra features and added comfort.

Peugeot Boxer

The Peugeot Boxer wheelchair car is perfect for organisations, larger families or simply for those looking for more space. Access to the vehicle is gained through an electric lift at the rear of the vehicle. The interior space can be configured to suit individual preferences allowing flexibility in the positioning of wheelchair and seats.

Volkswagen Wheelchair Cars

Volkswagen Caddy

The Volkswagen Caddy Wheelchair Access Car has been a hugely poplar choice with families all over Ireland. Seating is generally configured as 2 seats front, 3 seats in second row with wheelchair in third row. An additional two tip and turn seats may be added to the third row so when no wheelchair is present the Caddy will revert to a 7 seat vehicle.

Ford Wheelchair Cars

Ford Connect

Available in Long and Short wheel base the Ford Connect or Ford Tourneo Connect is a popular choice in Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles.

The LWB ford is generally configured as 2 seats front, 3 seats in second row with the wheelchair in 3rd row however in some instances the second row of seats can be removed to allow the wheelchair user to sit closer to the front of the vehicle.

The SWB can be congured with 2, 3 or 4 seats plus wheelchair user depending on the dimensions of the wheelchair. There is also a 5 seat option where, when there is no wheelchair present the vehicle mainatins its 2 rows of original seats, when wheelchair is present 2 or 3 of the second row of seats fold forward to allow wheelchair access.

Ford Custom

The Ford Custom or Ford Tourneo Custom wheelchair car offers great seating options, lots of extras and a hugely comfortable drive. Seating can be configured to suit including the option of tip and turn seats in the 3rd in some vehicles.

Renault Wheelchair Cars

Renault Master

The Renault Master perfectly suited to large families, organisations or those who need more space to carry equipment etc.

The seating can be configured to suit and access if gained through an electric rear access lift. Great interior height even in the standard H1 vehicle allows family members and care givers the opportunity to easily maneuver in the rear of the vehicle.

Renault Trafic

A mid-sized vehicle the Renault Trafic is a great choice for families and organisations. Similar in layout to the Peugeot Expert seating can be configured to suit depending on the layout required and the dimensions of the wheelchair.

Available as a lowered floor vehicle or alternatively a lift / ramp can be installed, maintaining the original seating when wheelchair is not in vehicle.

Renault Kangoo

For years the Renault Kangoo wheelchair access vehicle was amongst the most popular choice for families. Even now the compact nature of the vehicle allied with its functionality makes it a serious contender when choosing a wheelchair vehicle.

Kia Wheelchair Cars

Kia Sedona / Kia Carnival

A hugely impressive vehicle offering great space for wheelchair and exceptional comfort. No longer converted to Wheelchair Access after 2012. Depending on required space the Kia managed to 1 or 2 original seats in the second row while still offering ample width for most wheelchairs.

Vauxhall/Opel Wheelchair Cars

Opel Vivaro

The Opel Vivaro is a mid-sized wheelchair access vehicle. Similar to the Renault Trafic the vehicle can be converted with a lowered floor and rear access ramp or a lift / ramp installed to the original floor allowing the original seating to remain in place.

Opel Zafira

The popular 7 seater car converts nicely to a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Although the interior wheelchair space can be limiting the vehicle is perfectly suited to smaller wheelchairs and where additional seating is not needed.
